Before proceeding with the installation of a new software version, we recommend:

• finish all jobs with the current version and start new jobs with the new version;
• make a backup copy of the folder of all work cases, for example: C:\ MaestroData;
• read the user manual carefully and watch the video tutorials;
• verify that the computer conforms to specifications;

Remember that:

• at the first execution of the new software, the database of the work cases will be copied and updated to the new version, therefore the new cases created with the new version will not be visible with the old one and vice versa;
• if a work case created with a previous version is opened and saved with the new version, it will not be possible to open it with the previous version;
• the new viewer is backward compatible with cases exported with previous versions but not vice versa;
