Expert Mode

The generation of transition models allows for the creation of the complete set of models required for the entire orthodontic treatment, ready for export in open formats such as STL, PLY, or OBJ and optimized for 3D printing. This process is fully automated and takes only a few seconds.
During this phase, the user retains maximum control over the key treatment variables. It is possible to set constraints on the maximum allowable Euclidean displacement for each tooth in every clear aligner or define the desired number of models to be generated. Additionally, the micro-staging can be configured, strategically and progressively managing the sequence of tooth movements to optimize the effectiveness and predictability of the treatment.

Constraints

It is possible to set specific limits for the maximum displacement and rotation along the canonical axes allowed for each tooth in every aligner. This enables more precise control over planned movements. Additionally, the user can create and save one or more customized protocols based on the type of treatment or patient characteristics. For example, a teenager may require a different protocol than an adult. Using these protocols is essential to ensure treatment consistency, optimize the user's skills, and maximize the predictability of each treatment.

Automatic IPR

Manage I.P.R. directly at the micro-staging level, precisely evaluating contacts based on the planned movement protocol. The automatic calculation of I.P.R. at this stage ensures optimal control over interproximal reduction, allowing for a balanced distribution of the space needed for dental alignment. This approach enhances treatment predictability, reducing the need for subsequent corrections and optimizing the effectiveness of orthodontic therapy.
